We charge the price of the shirt plus shipping, as calculated and shown in your cart, in USD. No additional charges will be applied. Payments are securely processed.

  • Security: We do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with goodnine is 100% safe!
  • Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards only at this time including VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.

Shipping Origin

 

We ship orders from one of our facilities located in Toronto, Canada, New York State, or other locations across the United States. The facility used depends on the specifics of your order and location.

Tracking Numbers

 

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders within North America.

  • Timing: Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped out from our location which is generally within 1-3 business days.
  • How to Access: Check your confirmation email for the tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

Average Wait Times

 

Our t-shirts are made-to-order, which requires time to print, dry, and prepare for shipping.

  • Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In rare cases, same-day processing may occur, but it is not guaranteed.
  • Delivery Times:
    • United States:
      • RUSH Service: 3-5 business days after ordering.
      • STANDARD Shipping: 5-8 business days after ordering.
    • International: Delivery times vary by destination.

We use USPS for shipping in the United States. Please check your confirmation email for tracking details.

Return Policy

 

Goodnine offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy.

  • Defective Items: A full refund will be issued for defective or poor-quality orders.  Please send us an email with our customer support team and we will look into this right away for you.
  • Non-Defective Items: Since our shirts are custom-made, we cannot issue refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or due to dissatisfaction with the fit. However, we can accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or are unwanted, provided they are in their original condition.
  • Timeline: All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
